Anna Bernstein is a speech expert who works with individuals in areas such as accent reduction and improving verbal communication skills. She is the founder of the Brain-Voice Connection When we met, Anna was doing many of the right things, and just needed some finessing touches on her processes to create a winning, professional package.

How did you meet Lenora?
I heard Lenora on an online radio show (Business Off The Beaten Path). She was being interviewed by a friend of mine, Mary Ann Dorward. After ten minutes of listening to Lenora, I told myself, "I need to hire this woman."
How did you and Lenora work together?
We first examined the specific goals I wanted to achieve as an entrepreneur. Then, over the fourteen weeks of our sessions together, we set about how to systematically accomplish those things.
What was it about your work with Lenora that was particularly effective?
For me, the best thing about Lenora is that she's very fast. She's a fast thinker and I am a fast thinker. I like that.
What has been the impact of working with Lenora on you as an individual?
It has given me the confidence and the skills to build my business into exactly what I wanted.
And the impact on your company?
Well, I tend to think of myself and my company as the same thing, but I think the lessons I learned working with Lenora have given me that final touch of professionalism I was seeking. It's provided the level of sophistication that I wanted my company to project.
How would you grade Lenora's professional skill set?
Extraordinarily high. Lenora can help with everything from traditional entrepreneurial needs for building a business, to manufacturing advice. I've never seen her stumped by anything.
What did you find qualified Lenora for this kind of work?
Her qualifications stem from her experience in the business world and also from her ability to take that experience and apply it to a wide scope of situations. It's her ability to turn things "on their side" and use that to help people.
Just as important is her high level of compassion. She puts the needs of the client absolutely first - their emotional needs as well as their business needs.

Yes. She provides me with a consistent sounding board and knowledge base that I can rely on.
