Process

Process

To "process" people through a standardized regimen, (as is done with many self-improvement programs), is inefficient, often ineffective and fundamentally disrespectful to a person's individualism.

Lenora Edwards respects her clients. She respects their time and their money and doesn't waste either. She wants results. From you. From herself.

Still, there is a method. A twelve–week customized process that builds momentum from beginning to end.

  • First meetings are dominated by probing, insightful questions. About your talents. About your ambitions. About your weaknesses, strengths and fears. Lenora is learning about you. Simultaneously, you're learning valuable lessons about yourself.

  • Then the work begins. You'll be asked to make lists. You'll be given books and articles to read. You'll be quizzed on how you're using this information to advance toward your goal. Discussions become more focused. Timelines are established and results expected.

  • And the results start to come. You find that solutions appear where there used to be problems. Direction becomes clear where there was once bewilderment. Confidence takes the place of worry. Most clients are amazed at the fast pace of progress.

Graduates

There is a partial list of individuals who have benefited by working with Lenora Edwards. These are "graduates" of her standard 12–week program. Many of these folks, however, also take advantage of post–graduate sessions to assist in refining and advancing their business practices.
